JitterFit Monday Night
Cardio/Conditioning Session
7:00pm at Horsham Downs (Term Time)
These exercise classes consists of cardio (a bit of aerobics, line work, running/drills etc) and conditioning work (bums, tums, thighs and arm work).
The beauty about this class is you get a variety of classes packed into the one – ie boxing, running, circuit work, conditioning work, dance moves, core strengthening, aerobics, swiss ball work, band work, breathing and stretching and more!
The class caters for varying levels of fitness and abilities.
We use bands, balls, handweights, slam balls, skipping ropes and other pieces of equipment for variety some weeks. A mat is recommended.
Cost
Cost is around $106 for the term (depending on the length of the term).
This is a super popular session (40 ladies) so if you are keen, get in touch and I can pop your name on the wait list.
In the holiday’s sometimes additional sessions are offered. This is a great chance to come and try the session out with less people and before you commit to a term.

What to bring
Handweights/Ball
Some weeks you will need to bring handweights (around 1-2kg’s is best) or a ball (basketball size). I will advise when these are needed.
A Towel & Mat
Please bring a towel with you to every session. We always end the session with relaxation so we advise you to bring a mat along.
Drink Bottle
Hydration is important so make sure you bring a drink bottle.
Comfortable Shoes
Ensure you wear comfortable shoes to each session.

Jitterfit Philosophy
Jolie has been teaching Group Exercise Classes for over 25 years and is super passionate about helping others and motivating everyone and anyone to exercise!
She is a trained Fitness Leader and teaches many different styles of sessions including Step Aerobics, Pump, Bums/Tums/Thighs, Swiss Ball classes, Band Sessions, Aqua Aerobics, Runs Bootcamps, Rev Cycling, teaches Stretch/Breathing/Relaxation Sessions.…..basically if there is a style of session you want, she can teach it.
Jolie has also done sessions for schools, rugby clubs, Corporate Organisations and small groups and offers personal training sessions for those who prefer a more one on one style of coaching.
Jolie believes in eating whole/unprocessed foods at least 80-90% of the time, exercising at least 3 times a week, getting a good nights sleep, feeling happy and good about yourself and making sure you take time out to relax/breathe.
